***This is a re-list as the buyer did not make payment.*** 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible 302 V-8, 2-bbl carb, 3-speed automatic, AM/FM Cassette, Tach/Oil/Temperature guages, original sport wheels and classic Wimbleton White color with black convertible top. The vehicle is running and used primarily as a weekend driver and is in good shape for a 38-year-old machine. The body, engine and drive-train are good overall and the vehicle has current registration and insurance. Basic maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.) is current. This can be a very nice daily driver with some work or a pleasure driver as-is. Garage kept. The following items represent known mechanical and body issues:Power steering pump -- leak in the line or bad pumpVacuum canister/reservoir needs replacementFront, passenger side floor board rust (there is a hole)Rear passenger-side power window motor is not in the vehiclePassenger-side door has a dentSome interior fittings (e.g. door handles, panel clips) need to be replacedBack-up lights not workingI have owned the vehicle for 10 years and it had 100K miles on it when I purchased it. Immediately after purchase front tie rods and bushings were replaced along with shocks front and rear. (Air shocks in the rear.) Muffler and tail pipe also replaced. I recently replaced the master cylinder so brake lines have been flushed and contain new fluid. I have never put money into "restoration" on this vehicle as I bought it and used it as a pleasure driver. I drove it about 100 miles during the past week. Some of the previous photos were replaced with current ones that include time stamp as of April 30, 2011. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of auction close via PayPal.
