THIS CAR LOOKS FANTASTIC IN WHITE & REALLY HAS A NICE SPORTY CLEAN LOOK. THIS VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD AS A MECHANICS SPECIAL BECAUSE IT HAS SOME PROBLEMS THAT I WASN'T AWARE OF WHEN I BOUGHT IT BUT BEING THE NICE HONEST GUY THAT I AM I AM LETTING YOU KNOW. THE ENGINE RUNS EXCELLENT BUT THE TRANSMISSION WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF 1ST GEAR. I BROUGHT IT TO THE LOCAL MERCEDES DEALERSHIP HERE TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT. THEY BASICLY TOLD ME THAT IT NEEDS A $900 SENSOR/PLATE{ THATS WHAT THEY CALLED IT} BUT THEY WANTED MORE DIAGNOSIS TIME TO COMFIRM THIS AND AT $125 HR I DECLINED AND TOLD THEM TO STOP. SO MOST LIKELY THAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND I WOULD HAVE TO SAY IF THE MERCEDES DEALER WANTS $900 TO FIX THE PROBLEM YOU CAN PROBABLY FIND A MECHANIC TO DO IT FOR 1/2 THAT PRICE. THERE ARE SOME OTHER ENGINE CODES THAT COME UP ON THE SCANNER LIKE ABS & ESP. THE MERCEDES DEALER ACTUALY DID SOME RESETS,FACTORY RECALLS & UPDATES LIKE CAMSHAFT SOLENOID & WIRE HARNESS AT NO CHARGE WHICH WAS NICE OF THEM. ALSO THERE IS SOME KIND OF JOINT NOISE FROM THE RIGHT FRONT WHEEL. THE BODY IS NICE & CLEAN WITH NO RUST OR DENTS. THE INTERIOR IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE NO RIPS JUST NEEDS A LIGHT SHAMPOO AND CLEANING.
