If you are looking for the most desirable Chevrolet Suburban out there, here it is... You are viewing a gorgeous, loaded, four-wheel drive 2005 Chevrolet Suburban LT that is in beautiful shape and loaded with just about every factory option available...including factory navigation system, DVD rear entertainment system and Bose Concert AM/FM/CD Surround Sound System with built-in, factory Sirius/XM satellite radio and Homelink system, just to name few. The actual mileage at time of listing is just 78,386. This is a low-mileage and extremely nice example of a hard to find vehicle that is in excellent shape. In my years of buying and selling vehicles, I have had very few Suburbans that have come close to the condition of this one. This one has been well maintained, is loaded with options and is in beautiful shape. This vehicle has never been involved in an accident of any type and the factory finish is 100% original, with no previous body or paint work, ever. The exterior finish is the gorgeous, factory Sandstone Beige Metallic with beautiful Tan leather interior that looks excellent, including Overhead console and rear entertainment system with DVD player and flip-down screen, leather-wrapped steering wheel with built in audio, climate and cruise function controls, power windows, dual-zone climate control, power locks, power heated side-view mirrors with LED turn signal indicators, cruise control, rare 6-way power driver's and passenger's front heated captain's chair seating with fold-down armrests, leather second-row easy in/out rear split-bench seating with fold-down center armrest and cupholder, leather third-row bench seating, full-factory carpeting with carpeted floor mats, and factory AM/FM/CD Bose Premium Concert Surround Sound stereo system. This unit has been extremely well-maintained and it shows. It has never been smoked in or otherwise abused. A Suburban like this is hard to find, especially with this low of mileage...so here's your opportunity if you've been looking for a nice one. This vehicle is also equipped with keyless entry (with remote) and includes four factory keys. I have driven this unit personally and it is very nice inside and out. It is very clean under the hood as well...the engine compartment is very nice (please see the pictures). Everything works properly. The front and rear dual-zone air-conditioning is ice-cold. It is very responsive and smooth-shifting...all in all a beautiful riding, luxury sport utility vehicle. It is equipped with a factory towing package but, to my knowledge, this Suburban has never been used to tow anything. The powertrain and mechanical options include the 5.3-liter Vortec 285-horsepower V8 engine, 4-speed overdrive heavy-duty transmission, 265-70-17 Yokohama Geolandar HT/S radials that are mounted on the beautiful, factory alloy 17" x 6.5" wheels, stainless-steel exhaust, heavy-duty, hydro-formed full frame, 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, Autoride suspension and much, much more. This Suburban is in excellent overall condition, has been very well-maintained and has very little of the normal wear and tear you would expect to find on a used vehicle. It is in excellent condition, but I will list the deficiencies normally found on most used vehicles. The deficiencies will be limited to what you would expect on any vehicle of comparable age and mileage, this includes scratches, chips, nicks and dings...that being said, this Suburban has no known mechanical defects, runs and drives excellent, and looks very nice. Please, keep in mind, we strive to find the nicest used vehicles possible, but they are still used vehicles.
