This SUV is in pristine condition and has VERY low miles of 30,546 (note that this car is still being used locally to grocery stores/shopping etc. and mileage may increase slightly prior to purchase. It was leased by us then purchased when it came off lease so there has only ever been 1 owner. It's been driven very lightly by my wife locally to grocery stores and, malls, etc.and virtually still new. Car was Florida purchased and garage kept since purchased with no weather/salt, or wear however there are minor scratches on the front drivers side wheel, two rear view mirrors and back bumper (see photos). Recently relocated back to NJ and are selling it. This car is also CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) until Mar/Apr 2012 or up to 75,000 and the CPO transfers to you. This is not a warranty by me and or any form of selling point, merely an added bonus. The car is for sale and ready to go. Only serious inquiries please. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the vehicle in my possession, a buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will work out a compromise, or I will refund all monies paid. Buyers are responsible for any inspection fees and charges. In the event the vehicle is not paid for, I retain the deposit to cover my costs to re-list the vehicle and lost opportunity costs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. This vehicle is sold "as-is" unless there is a factory warranty remaining (will be stated in my description). In the event the vehicle is shipped and you are dissatisfied a 10% return fee will apply and the return must take place within 3 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the buyer. I will wait until 3 days after receipt to pay off the loan which will finalize the sale which will delay you getting title by 3 days. This car may be picked-up at my residence or one of the airports listed above I will gladly assist you in arranging shipment. Shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
