Up for auction today I have a very rare 1956 Cadillac Eldorado. This is a major project or parts car. I do have a signed title from Illinois and a Secretary of State Affirmation of Correction saying the purchaser changed his or her mind and _____________ is the actual buyer. Thanks for looking.
