This is a beautiful red 1990 Mazda Miata Electric Vehicle converted in 2005. It has a range of 25 - 40 miles depending on driving conditions. It will do highway speeds, but you will get more distance at lower speeds. I’m moving and my commute will be out of range. This would be a perfect car to install some lithium-ion batteries to extend the range. The paint looks great with minor typical wear and tear. There is a small rip (not noticeable) in the plastic rear window under the top of the lip. Thanks for your time. DC to DC convertor with a AGM 12volt, 12 amp/hr aux batteries. I believe the DC to DC is going bad. This is about a $200 part that will need to be replaced by the buyer. Link-10 Multi-meter can display Amps, Volts and Amps/hours. With the new shunt I'm using it display the amps and amps/hours by half. There is an addition 1000lbs to the car so the stopping distance will increase a little. Stock miata is about 2100lbs, my car now weights about 32000lbs. I have remove the power steering pump, so the steering is no longer powered.
