Hello, I am trying to sale my 1979 Triumph SpiteFire 1500. Car will not start it will turn over but not start. you will need to file lein sale paperwork to get the title we do not have ANY paper work for this car. We do however know it is registered non op. Car is in good shape needs new paint and a ding on drivers side but over all great car. it has a hard top and teh soft top also Technical Information The Spitfire 1500 featured an in-line four-cylinder 1493 cc engine fitted with a Zenith Stromberg carburetor. It produced 71 horsepower and could attain 100 mph. The car used a four-speed synchromesh gearbox. It had double wishbone front suspension with coil springs and an anti-roll bar. On the rear was an independent swing axle with leaf springs. The front brakes were a hydraulic disc type with rear drum brakes.
