Vehicle Detail

This is a 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe I purchased to fix up for me. It didn't need much however so it's on the market now before summer. It has a 289 Engine that was rebuilt in 2006 and has no leaks. Automatic C4 Transmission was done too I even have receipts for it. I have receipts for some suspension and brake work also. 2bl carb with stock manifolds. Has power steering and manual drum brakes. Brakes work well, No Engine or Transmission Leaks. Brand new tires and battery. Has very expensive Arvinode Dual Exhaust System that sounds like a purring kitten. Horn, lights, wipers, radio and gauges all work. Have not driven it much but what i have has been impressive. Runs so good my mom can even drive it! It is a Console car with New Tan Seat Covers. I was told by the last owner Car was painted. It's not a $10,000 paint job but it looks good and it looks fresh. You wont be ashamed to drive it. At the time car was painted, the right rear quarter panel had a new metal piece welded in the bottom rear about 12 inches? The rear frame rail also received a patch. There is One small hole punched in the floor. Mustangs of that time were known for this. It's begins from owners putting the jack on the floor pans instead of the frame rails. Other than that there is no rust in the vehicle. The underside had undercoat applied at some point in it's life which protected it. I scratched some of it away to look the car over good. Wheel wells, shock towers, trunk, doors, framerails and fenders look good. Many people asked for me to put pictures of the underside. I added the best I could get. I wanted to show the body is stucturely solid. It was an Oklahoma car I moved here and I have the original ford owner card to prove it. Door tag is still in place and it decodes out to be a october 1966 detroit production 289 C4 with 2:8 rear that was tan on tan. I like the car I wish I could keep it for my collection but we can only have two and I found a fastback which is my dream car so now that I've spent time on it. It must go. I have clear title for this car. Feel free to email me questions. I'll even call you if it helps. Don't be afraid to make any offers I'll consider. I'm selling this to buy the fastback I found. Nonrefudable deposit do in 48hrs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. No warranty is expressed or implied this is a 40yo car. Purchase is as is.
