allinthedetailsllc Store 1990 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce CLASSIC, low miles, RARE! The Alfa Romeo Spider- One of Italy’s finest small two seat convertible sports cars! Built from 1966 until 1993, only a few body and mechanical changes took place to keep these timeless cars up to date and competitive in the world market. True classics, these cars continue to gain further appreciation by car enthusiasts everywhere. In fact, Classic Motorsports magazine and Automobile magazine have both done recent articles sharing their appreciation for these outstanding convertibles as classic cars to pick up now before their values skyrocket! This particular Spider is the last year of the series 3 Spiders built from 1983-1990. These series 3 cars are very desirable with the reliable Bosch fuel injection and unique body trim including front and rear spoilers. This later year car has the upgraded interior, and is in beautiful condition! The only flaw is a crack on the dashboard. A unique a classic color combination of the Bleu Medio Metallic exterior over tan/black interior. The exterior of the car has a few rock chips and those are the only flaws. At some point the car was re-sprayed the original color. And being from the state of California, this lovely Spider is RUST FREE! The soft top is also in very good condition with no rips, holes, or tears. Mechanically the car is very sound. It is very quick and pulls strong throughout the rev range. The transmission feels strong. Brakes have good biting power and don’t pull side to side or vibrate. The only issues that we know of is that the fuel gauge works sometimes, and not others. Also, the heater blows but does not seem to be blowing hot (we’re looking into fixing this). The AC however does feel as though it IS working. Tires are new Kuhmos at all four corners. Tools, manuals, and service records also included with the sale. Overall, a beautiful fun classic car that we’ve enjoyed and we know its new owner will treasure also!
