I am not aware of this. I am the second owner of this car (bought it in 08) and had the car fully inspected before buying. The mechanic mentioned to me that the car is perfect and never been in anything. CarFax doesnt show any accidents. So, may be the accident was a small fender bender. The cars title is clear... and as mentioned, it drives like new! - There is a slight scratch on the bottom front of the car (under the fog light). I have taken a pic of it. Its not really noticable, but I wanted to mention it. - The head rest button nob is broken (but it works). I have taken a picture of this as well. I am going to see if I can get this fixed before selling the car. In addition I just got the following work done to the car - All brake pads and rotors were replaced in Feb 2011 (1 mths ago). I spend $2K on this. - All the services are upto date. The last major service is done. I spend $1.6K! The car is very well kept and super shiny! (As you can see from the pics) The seats are in excelent condition The tires are also in great condition The car has never been smoked in.. it smells fresh! The car drives like its new.
