You are bidding on an excellent condition classic 1984 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series. The good: Runs and drives flawlessly. As far as engine and transmission goes, they both function fine and will continue to preform like tops for years to come if cared for properly. Clean interior, however there is some tearing on the seats so I recently put new seat covers on the front seats. An interior vacuum and oil change, and tire rotation were just done at 160,700 miles. Tire tread is OK (about half inch). Brand new windshield wipers and rear view mirror. Sun roof, interior lights, electric seat adjusters, exterior lights, fog lights, seat warmers, speakers, cigarette lighters and almost everything else works. This car is ready to travel across country and back if you wanted it to. Just passed smog in California, registration good for 2011. Absolutely no major mechanical issues that I know of, runs perfectly. Clear title on hand. The bad: Missing front left turn lamp. Slight radiator fluid leak. Multiple dings and dents around the car, paint and window tint could definitely be redone (examine pictures). Might need 3 new window motors since the only functioning window is the front passengers side (the rest you have to push open/closed by hand) but I haven't found it that big of a deal. Needs a new antenna for the stereo. Transmission fluid should be replaced soon. Retail price of this 1984 500SEL when new was around $51,950. No reserve price. Feel free to ask questions. Only the driver and rear driver window do not function. Also I have received a couple questions about the radiator leak, it is not bad at all, you just need to add fluid once in awhile depending on how often you drive. It also requires oil every so often and may leak a little from time to time (as do most older cars). Included in the trunk with the car is a bottle of 50/50 coolant, and 10-40 oil.
