Hello and thanks for viewing this NO RESERVE auction for a true American Classic! Please read the auction description in full before asking questions and bidding. After reading the ad, please e-mail any questions you have and I will answer them as soon as possible. I am listing the car for a friend. We will try our best to describe the car as accurately as possible. This is a 1969 Ford Mustang hardtop. He believes it to be a GT, but is not sure. I'm sure the diehard Mustang fans out there will let me know and I will post their responses. The engine is a 351 Windsor. It was installed in the car in 10/2010 as you can see in the picture of the reciept. The guy my friend purchased the car from stated that it is 475HP, but we don't really know for sure. The car will start up and run, but does need some fine tuning. It has some smoke coming from the engine. It has wiring issues as well. Please take note of this. Let me repeat that it has problems in the wiring. While the engine appears to be in very good shape, it will need some work before becoming a daily driver. It is not road ready. The exterior of the car looks fair, but will need some work as well. I have tried to take pictures of any rust or body damage. The underside does not have rust issues that I am aware of. Please note all of the pictures of the body's condition and feel free to ask any questions concerning this area. The car does have new springs and shocks. It also has a new fuel tank, new fuel lines, and a new fuel pump. The lights are not working. Wiring problem? The tire size on the front is 205 60/15. The rear tire is 295 50/15. The interior is in fair shape with the exception of the door panels. The seats are not torn.
