This Porsche was purchased by the son of Chuck Yeager, yes the famous aviator and test pilot. The Boxster was originally purchased from a Canadian dealer and then moved to his home in Indiana. The miles are the correct miles as we are showing and we have an affidavit from General Yeager to confirm this. Unfortunately autocheck show a discrepancy which it is not. The affidavit will be included in the sale. The Porsche is now currently owned by a navy pilot who is grounded for health reasons and no longer needs the car. The current owner is the daughter of a long time friend who asked if I could help. This Porsche is a beautiful example of this breed of car. The body is all original with only minor flaws. The two that are worth mentioning is a dimple on the front bumper cover and some cracked paint below the left taillight lens. Both issues can be seen in the pictures. There are some stone chips on the front but there is no other damage and NO damage history as the paint is all original. The windshield is superb with no chips, marks or cracks. The lights and lenses are the European style and are as new. The convertible top is excellent with no cuts or torn material. The wheels are nice but one has some curb rash. The tires are near new. The leather interior barely looks sat in. The seats are amazingly fresh looking. This Boxster has an upgraded CD sound system. There are no mechanical issues and it has had proper Porsche service. This Porsche will come to you with books, floor mats and a single key. This is a beautiful car and represents a golden opportunity to join the Porsche family and perhaps the Porsche Club.
