NOT IN GOOD MECHANICAL SHAPE! NOT SAFE TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD IN CURRENT CONDITION = "HANDY-MAN SPECIAL"!! Body, interior (black exterior w/ tan interior) and motor are in decent shape, though - common scratches, dings and dents - needs a new passenger side mirror - some rust over passenger side rear wheel - tailgate handle cover broke but handle works . . . I took it in to King's Ford because it was driving funny - ABS and 4x4 lights kept coming on and it rounded corners like it was in 4-wheel drive - very rough. King's Ford called me and the first thing the manager said when I answered the phone was, "It's time for a new one . . . " Come to find out the repairs were going to cost more than its worth if I went through King's Ford = time to find a new vehicle (bought one the other day off CL) . . . Problems as stated by King's Ford - needs a new ABS module, "something" is broken in the transfer case causing 4x4 light to come on, front wheel bearings are completely crushed and wheels are ready to fall off, rear wheel bearings are starting to crush, belts need replaced, etc., etc., etc., . . . (see list in photos below). What do you expect from a vehicle with OVER 160,000 MILES ON IT?? I'm gonna miss my baby but its time to let her go . . . Make me an offer! I've already been offered $950 from one of the guys at King's Ford - he knows how to fix the problems on his own in his spare time. A few people have told me the parts to repair it are only around $500 to $1,000 if you know how to install them (I am in NO WAY mechanically inclined!). I've also had a couple bids for $3,000 from Craig's List but no one has followed-through on the offer. Come-n-git-er! Push it away, pull it away, tow it away! I just want it gone!
