Vehicle Detail

1995 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon, 125,521 miles. Light Driftwood exterior, beige cloth interior. Equipped with 5.7 L 350 LT-1 V8 engine, 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission, AM-FM Stereo with cassette player, Electronic climate control, power 6 way drivers seat, 60/40 front bench seat with console, and driver and passenger manual recliners. Third row rear facing seat, power windown, power door locks, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, rear defroster, intermittent wipers, dual power mirrors, rear wiper washer, power rear window release, Ice Cold A/C recharged late last summer. All power accessories work properly. Dash is not cracked or faded. Door panels not cracked except one small 1-1 1/2 inch crack on the driver door panel near the door open release lever. Not a major issue and not spreading. Aftermarket keyless entry with 2 fobs. Just replaced in the past 6 months: new 9 year battery, new front brakes, rotors turned, wheel bearings packed. New fuel pump, and fuel filter. This car is equipped with trailering equipment, but does not currently have a hitch. Car is in overall very good shape cosmetically for its age, however was in an accident prior to my ownership in which the front end and rear end were damaged. The hood was replaced, but not professionally repainted, the headlights, which are Sylvania SilverStar Ultras, grille ( which has a small crack in it ) and the tailgate were also replaced with parts from my other Roadmaster wagon which is no longer on the road. The inner header panel has been straightened enough to allow to hood to open and close for proper alignment, but upon inspection, you will see a kink in this panel. The woodgrain panels and moldings are overall in about 90-95% very good condition, with only minor chipping seen here and there, with very minimal if any sun fading of the woodgrain. The car does have a clean, not salvage Colorado title. The hood does need painted, as it was not painted professionally. It is the proper color, just not finished correctly. The chromed front bumper moldings are dented in areas, but I do have ones to replace those that are damaged and they will go with the car. There is also a dent in the driver's door, at and below the side molding. Again, I do have a replacement stainless panel and molding that will go with the car. All rub strip moldings are intact and present all the way around the car. The interior is in very nice shape for its age, with normal wear, no rips, and carpet is in very nice shape. The interior could use a good cleaning, but is in very good shape overall. The dash is not cracked, and the headliner only has one very small tear in in toward the middle row of seats but is very small, and the headliner is not sagging. There are no fluid leaks on the car, and I get a solid 16 MPG in town and 24-26 MPG highway. The tires have about 50 % tread wear left, and the wheel center caps have no cracks in them. The wheels are in very good shape as well, just need a good cleaning. Spare tire looks lightly used. Windshield has a small crack in the lower left corner, not in driver's sight line, but is pitted from rocks from years of use. Would recommend replacement for long term use. Passed Colorado emissions just over a month ago with flying colors. In the past month, the car has developed an electrical short which effects the fuel pump, rear lights, and horn. Sometimes the car will run, as it does now, and sometimes it will stop running and be difficult to restart, and sometimes will not start at all and has to be towed. After it sits for a few days, it sems to start up again with no problem as though there was nothing wrong. Since the nature of electrical shorts can be challenging, and I do not have the time to get it diagnosed or repaired, I have since purchased another car and have elected to sell this one. Anyone with knowledge to repair this issue will end up with a wonderful car for years to come. This car drives beautifully, rides like a cloud and is comfortable beyond any other car I have ever owned. I have set a low reserve on this car, and this car is sold as is, no warranties, guarantees of any kind are included or implied. MOST IMPORTANTLY....IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT BY BIDDING ON THIS CAR YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE IT TRANSPORTED TO YOU. YOU AS THE BUYER AGREE TO PAY FOR THESE TRANSPORT COSTS TO YOUR LOCATION, AND MAKE THOSE ARRANGEMENTS YOURSELF. I DO NOT, REPEAT...DO NOT RECOMMEND DRIVING THIS CAR UNTIL THE ELECTRICAL ISSUE IS REPAIRED FOR YOUR SAFETY. The winning bidder shall pay a $500.00 Deposit within 72 hours of auction close, the balance being due within 7 days of auction close. Please make your own transport arrangements. The car is located in Denver, Colorado. It is my sincerest hope to get this car into the hands of someone who can fix its electrical issue and have an amazing car to enjoy. I get compliments everywhere I go with this car. Good luck, and happy bidding! Please see the pictures with this listing.
