It is powered by a 6.0 Liter V8 diesel engine, with a 5-spd automatic transmission and 3.73 ratio rear end. It is equipped with a Western snowplow bracket and wiring harnesses, but no plow assembly or controls. Engine has a miss and runs rough. Tranny and transfer case in working condition, but shift linkage loose. A/C and heat functional. Slight oil leak under truck. Front end loose, needs work. Exterior in fair shape with a number of dents, dings and rust spots. Body mounts rotted. Rear shocks rotted. Emergency brake inop. Interior in fair shape with driver’s seat and floor mat ripped, Driver’s side mirror is broken. License plate light inop. Tires in good condition except for right rears, which need replacement. This vehicle is owned by a municipality and inquiries can only be responded to during the normal business hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm (eastern time), Monday through Friday. The successful bidder must pick the vehicle up at our location in Oakdale, Long Island, New York and a certified bank check from a U.S. bank with a branch in New York State or U.S. Post Office money orders are the only forms of payment accepted. No cash. Full payment is expected within 7 days of the auctions close. A copy of the buyer’s driver’s license is required to complete the transaction.
