**PLEASE NOTE**: I REQUIRE IMMEDIATE DEPOSIT VIA PAYPAL ON THIS VEHICLE IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION. 1997 BMW Z3 Roadster. 1.8, 4 cylinder engine. In great shape and lots of fun to drive. Nice pick up and speed. Drives and handles well, no problems really. A great little car that came from a mature women who's owned it for the past several years and had it maintained regularly. Everything works on it, and AC is nice and cold. Convertible top is like new. Passed CA smog last year and had the following work done back in Aug. of last year: Tune-up (replaced spark plugs, air filter, oil filter, new oil, and fuel filter). Front brakes were done, Driver side window regulator was fixed, head lights were polished, and brake sensor was replaced. Also has the transmission oil level checked and topped off. Here is a description of the car: BODY:Original black paint is still nice and shiny and looks great once washed, Factory Alloy Wheels are great and tires are recent. No dents or accidents, All lights, glass are intact. Engine compartment was power washed and detailed, so it looks new. Comes with the Convertible top boot/cover. Also comes with original owner's manual, spare, tools and original Dealer window sticker. INTERIOR:Very nice and clean, no cracks on dash or damage. All instruments, lights, and gauges work, all power features work.(steering, brakes, windows, locks, mirrors, seats). Original gear shift knob was replaced with an aluminum one to match the chrome accents. Rear compartments close well. This also a dual air bag vehicle. FLAWS:There are some door dings on both sides that are difficult to see in the photos; the front tow screw cover is missing; front spoiler has some scuffs and pebble chips; front yellow marker is chipped around the edges; driver's seat had a rip on the side, that was stitched (see photo); driver's side chrome door sill (threshold) is missing; rear plastic window is clear but does have a "fold mark"; pas. side door speaker housing (small speaker in the corner) is loose; Factory stereo works fine, but readout is dim (as is the odometer one as well). We've had lots of fun in this one, but have too many vehicles. Perfect Spring time Summer time car. Overall a nice complete car, great example for this year and model. Great investment. This car will increase in value over the years. Also the cassette holder (on center armrest), hinge is bad. Paint does have some light scuffs on closer inspection, by door locks.** I found the original Dealer window sticker that outlined a few of the features: FUEL ECONOMY INFO: 23 City and 31 Highway MPG. Anti-theft electronic AM/FM stereo cassette radio with Weather Band, Dolby C and BMW hi-fi system with 8 speakers. Electric windows with one touch down and up function. BMW Coded Driveaway Protection, will not start without original keys.
