1949 FORD COUPE,302, C6, Power Brakes.This car is a great driver.Not many red 49 Fords at the cruise in,The car sounds great. The steering is stock,but it has power brakes.The paint is about a 8 on a one to ten scale.It has some rust bubbles in the drivers door corner and in the drivers outer rocker,it also has some very small bubbles in the hood lip.The inner rockers are good.The trunk has a patch in the very back but the floor and spare tire well is solid.The drivers window has a crack in the corner and the wind wing has a crack in it.It has a tilt wheel.It has some chips and imperfections in the paint ,but they do not show up in the pictures.The worst part of the car is the GMC tilt wheel.It needs to have a blue oval put over the GMC emblem.This car has the original jack in the trunk. the trunk floor is solid as you can see in the photos.If I could keep this car I would add a power rack and a wiring harness.The headlights,tailights,brake lights,electric windshield wipers,radio,horn,heater fan, and electric selenoid to open the trunk all work like they are supposed to.The turn signals are not hooked up .It has good tires,It has a drip from the oil guage line.The dash is uncut and an original radio would fit back in the dash..It holds good oil pressure even when hot at idle.The engine should have about 30000 miles on it.The speedometer woked when I got the car but quit sometime ago.I have owned this car for over 2 years.
