CLEAR / LIEN FREE TRANSFERABLE TITLE IS GUARANTEED, AND IS ISSUED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION AT THE TIME OF SALE. IN RARE CIRCUMSTANCES A TITLE MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO TRANSFER.

Payment Terms
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND REMOVAL:
The Highest Bidder / Buyer is required to pay via a PayPal account the deposit of $500 by noon (eastern standard time) the next day after the auction ends. In the event the full payment is not received in 7 days, $200 of the $500 deposit will be considered a non-refundable re-listing fee. If the deposit is not received via PayPal by noon the day after the auction ends, then the vehicle will be offered to the second highest bidder and/or re-listed.
Here at Shelby Auto Mart we will be as accommodating as possible; however the deposit is imperative to completing this transaction. The deposit indicates the commitment by the buyer to purchase the vehicle and is required as outlined above. Please do not bid on this vehicle if you are not a serious buyer or cannot meet the deposit requirements.
The balance is to be paid in full within 7 calendar days from the end of the sale by cash, cashiers check, bank wire or certified funds.
SALE FEES: The Highest Bidder / Buyer will be charged a document preparation fee of $175.00 in addition to the amount of his / her successful bid.
SHIPPING: SECURE SHIPPING VIA TRUCK OR OTHER TRANSPORT is available to any point in the United States. International shipping is not provided.

TAX LIABILITY: SALES AND USE TAX are not collected by us but and will need to be paid at your DMV, State of Registration. Automobile Dealers, Exporters and Wholesale Dealers are EXEMPT from sales tax upon presentation of copies of Dealer Registration.
WARRANTY: The vehicle is sold "AS IS/WHERE IS". We appreciate that everyone has the right to inspect the vehicle and encourage all potential buyers to inspect the vehicle prior to the end of the auction. No inspections are allowed once the auction is complete.
It is our policy to verify the user profile of all bidders, and UNDERAGE, FRAUDULENT OR INCOMPLETE USER PROFILES ARE REPORTED TO EBAY ADMINISTRATION FOR REMOVAL. Interference with internet commerce is considered actionable and CIVIL AND / OR CRIMINAL CHARGES are filed in the United States District Court.
