This vehicle ia for sale by owner. Vehicle has;always been garaged in southern California with the exception of six summer months spent in upstate New York, which should explain the New York State license plate on a California car. It is a very nice, clean car in good running condition. It is not a new car by any means, and like any other 22 year old car, the time has come for some parts replacement. I have done some of the replacements, like a $3,000 transmission overhaul, new power antenna, new tires (2005 at 105,000 miles), New Battery 2011, etc. etc. Probably it is best described as a car you can park anywhere and not hide your face when someone you know passes by. The items not operational or not operating properly are: (1) air conditioning (2) Cassette Player (3) Both left and right power windows. I made the mistake of getting directions from an Allante Club expert, and only made matters worse when I took on the repair job. Other than that, which can be corrected, it is a very nice car. It has a few small scratches, not readily noticeable. No major dents anywhere. The center chrome hubcaps are missing on yhe left side wheels, after several replacements (I recommend the new owner buy new wheels and hang the stock ones up for decoration). The original owners resided in Huntington Beach, California and later gave it to their son, who sold it to me. To the best of my knowledge this car has no accident history and drives like a little sports car. It has a hard top as well as the soft top. The hard top is in good condition with the exception the head liner is starting to sag (loss of adhesion - no stains or tears). The car to my knowledge has never been smoked in. The sheepskin covered leather seats are in excellent condition. Both seats have multiple power adjustments for comfort. It has a computer that gives time, temperature, fuel remaining, miles per gallon, and range remaining at current fuel consumption rate.
