Hi... I am selling a very nice Toyota FJ40 that i have owned for several years. It has only 52260 original miles on it although i listed it at 52500 because i do enjoy driving it from time to time. Very low miles. This vehicle runs very well. Here is some description if you need more please just email questions. Lets start with what may be considered limitations; - Body- while the rear of the vehicle looks pretty good there is some body puddy and patches welded in. I put some paint on it last year but it is starting to bubble in a couple spots. I have a few pictures which show the blemishes on the left rear of the vehicle along with several other spots. The left rear shows the worst spots. It looks quite nice and i never drive it without some one stopping me and telling me how terrific it looks and what a nice vehicle it is. Also a small bubble spot on front left fender (shown in pics). The body is in decent condition but is not all solid sheet metal there is some body puddy. I have about 3/4 gallon of original color original spec paint that goes with the vehicle. Overall the body is ok but if you want solid sheet metal throughout you will have to do some work on it. Thats really anything negative about the vehicle. Here is some additional info.... - Certainly could qualify as a daily driver I probably drive it every couple days runs great and starts up very well -Front and rear heaters work well - Original 2F six cylinder engine, original 4 speed transmission and transfer case. Runs nicely, shifts well - Solid exhaust in good condition - Drives great, starts well. the engine is running very well and i would not hesitate to jump in and drive it 1000 miles. Very dependable. - Tires are BF Goodrich all terrain T/A's that are pretty new about 80% tread left - Parking brakes works great. If you are familiar with the parking brake it is a drum type that is right on the rear of the transmission and they can be tough to replace. This one is in good shape. - New front brakes - New water pump - New front shocks - New Ujoints on rear drive shaft (both at the trans and at the rear end) - New Fuel Pump - Re-upolstered drivers seat. The passenger seat is original and worn but no big rips or tears - Recently regasketed the oil pan as it had dried out while it sat prior to my acquiring the vehicle - New Clutch plate - Distributor cap, wires, plugs replaced - Matching spare rim and tire - Floor pans solid (recently wire brushed and painted) - Front and back heaters work fine - Wipers work well - Rear tail lights replace with new (these tend to rust out) - Clutch master and slave cylinders replaced with new -Halogen headlights - Recently greased -New Engine rear beari ng seal (again think this just dried while sitting) - All Glass is in good condition - Battery replace a little over a year ago.... Good condition - Radiator flushed and pressure tested in the last 12 months If you like what you see and are genuinely interested in owning one of the amazing vehicles but have questions that are not answered here just send me and email.
