The interior is in terrific condition. The leather seats show little wear. There is plenty of seating with the rare 3rd-row seating. The third row seating along with the second row seating can be laid down for moving those larger items. The only minor noticeable wear in the interior - the center console/armrest (lining in leather, no cracking), carpet has some staining (mostly on driver's side floor-board – see pictures) and the cargo area in the rear (slight on flooring and back of third row seating, hard to see in pictures). Other than this minor wear I would rate the interior an 8.5. Heated seats, sunroof, radio/sound controls for rear passengers, rear climate control system, premium sound system, complete steering wheel controls and much more. The exterior has a mirror finish with only two minor dents on the roof near the luggage rack. This SUV is practically Brand New! Mechanically this Acura runs and drives like off the showroom floor. The only minor noticeable wear in the interior - the center console/armrest (lining in leather, no cracking), carpet has some staining (mostly on driver's side floor-board – see pictures) and the cargo area in the rear (slight on flooring and back of third row seating, hard to see in pictures). Other than this minor wear I would rate the interior an 8.5. Heated seats, sunroof, radio/sound controls for rear passengers, rear climate control system, premium sound system, complete steering wheel controls and much more.
The exterior has a mirror finish with only two minor dents on the roof near the luggage rack. This SUV is practically Brand New! Mechanically this Acura runs and drives like off the showroom floor. The V6 engine is strong, powerful and quiet. The transmission shifts effortlessly. No funny rattles or noises just the smooth purr of a flawless machine. Engine is clean enough to eat off of and there are no visible drips or leaks. Matching set of 4 tires that are in terrific shape with lots of tread remaining.
This is exactly what you expect from an Acura. You can tell it has been loved and cared for. All it needs is a good home and the highest bidder gets it. Complete set of manuals.

If you feel that you have not been treated fairly please contact us immediately. We strive for a high ebay rating by taking care of our customers and providing a fair deal. However in selling used cars sometimes things are overlooked. If you don't see car mats, manuals, extra keys, etc; in the ad we probably don't have them. Most of our cars are purchased at auction and then detailed and resold. We may miss a burned out bulb or other miscellaneous items. Please inspect the vehicle before purchasing.
Sales are open to the public, car dealers and exporters. Vehicles sell to the highest bidder. Shelby Auto Mart reserves the right to end any auction/sale early for any reason.
CLEAR / LIEN FREE TRANSFERABLE TITLE IS GUARANTEED, AND IS ISSUED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION AT THE TIME OF SALE. IN RARE CIRCUMSTANCES A TITLE MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO TRANSFER.

Payment Terms
DEPOSIT, PAYMENT AND REMOVAL:
The Highest Bidder / Buyer is required to pay via a PayPal account the deposit of $500 by noon (eastern standard time) the next day after the auction ends. In the event the full payment is not received in 7 days, $200 of the $500 deposit will be considered a non-refundable re-listing fee. If the deposit is not received via PayPal by noon the day after the auction ends, then the vehicle will be offered to the second highest bidder and/or re-listed.
Here at Shelby Auto Mart we will be as accommodating as possible; however the deposit is imperative to completing this transaction. The deposit indicates the commitment by the buyer to purchase the vehicle and is required as outlined above. Please do not bid on this vehicle if you are not a serious buyer or cannot meet the deposit requirements.
The balance is to be paid in full within 7 calendar days from the end of the sale by cash, cashiers check, bank wire or certified funds.
SALE FEES: The Highest Bidder / Buyer will be charged a document preparation fee of $175.00 in addition to the amount of his / her successful bid.
SHIPPING: SECURE SHIPPING VIA TRUCK OR OTHER TRANSPORT is available to any point in the United States. International shipping is not provided.
