WELCOME! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND TERMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE BIDDING. You are bidding on the 1997 INFINITI QX4 4X4 SUV shown below and in THIS IMAGE GALLERY (also accessed by clicking on the picture below). This car runs well BUT has a couple issues of note: The starter has a dead or flat spot so the car won't start up at times. The starter should be replaced. Also, the sun/moon roof is not flush with the roof at one corner and does not open/close properly. The sunroof will need some type of overhaul or replacement and it can leak a bit if the car is left in the rain. We've been keeping the car under cover. The motor for the sunroof does work and it tries to move it (the roof) but doesn't succeed more than an inch or two. So, something is obstructing it and/or is bent, broken. The car drives fine once you have it going. There was a good bit of work done fairly recently (see picture of repair receipt in gallery). The tires are pretty good as you can see. Cosmetically the car is nice with no dents or paint issues - just some normal scratches/scuffs/pings here and there. Inside, the driver's seat shows the most wear - the interior is still quite nice. The controls for windows, seats, A/C, radio, 4x4, etc. all work fine. The antenna goes up when you turn on the radio. Rear windows have tinting. Battery is good. This car has been driven regularly up until this past week. Close to 185K miles on the car. We have disclosed defects or issues that we are aware of. Right now the car still has a decent engine, good exhaust, good transmission. It passed it's last inspection. Lights, turn signals, wipers, and so forth all work. The car is being sold 'AS IS' unless there is some (heretofore unknown) meaningful issue that goes beyond what has already been described and severly impacts value. There will be a low reserve on the car. We do not deliver. The buyer will have to pick up. The vehicle is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Payment is expected within 7 days of Auction close.
