Up for sale is a 1996 Jaguar XJ12 LWB in Fair condition Let me start of by saying that i purchased this vehicle here on e-bay i was fooled and ripped of by a pair of......forget it.... i took this guys word and his good feedback.....with that said i will describe the car to the best of my knowledge. I have driven the car for about 3 weeks after i finally got it running....this vehicle was purchased for my wife but after the mishap that we encountered she does not want to see the car no more.... The vehicle Runs and Drives good with no mechanical problems the engine does not burn oil,or leak oil the transmission shifts just like it should i drive it everyday back and forth to work and to do some errands here are the good and bad about the car: The Good: Car starts up and drives good, i can say that i would drive the car across the country (farthest i have driven the car is 6 hours round trip with no problems) Has a new alternator that i purchased and installed, Replaced the power wire to the alternator Interior is in good shape some minor cracking and use on the leather comes with a pioneer slide out tv, that i think has navigation i did not pay any attention to the deck since i think that it gets in the way of the shifter and prefer to leave it closed. i have installed new front brake pads tires are good 1 Key that is all i got with the car Clean NJ Title i have NOT Transferred the vehicle since i don't want to hold on to it....should not be a problem since it is signed i have checked with a local notary on transferring the title for the next buyer and they said that it is good. The BAD: Needs Front Shocks BAD!! (Not disclosed by previous seller) Has Small exhaust leak not noticeable inside the car while driving but can be heard outside the car (Not Disclosed by previous seller) Check Engine Light on have not scanned the car yet (not disclosed by previous seller) Clear Coat on the roof of the vehicle is gone ( not disclosed by previous seller, and it was dark when i picked up so i didn't notice either) Front right bumper has slight rub , looks like the bumper can be removed and reattached to fix that problem Left rear has some slight dent....looks like the previous seller rubbed a barrier not bad but noticeable (see pictures) Besides the issues above the car can be made into a really nice car i don't want the car so i have no interest in it.... I have spent $3,500 on this car with the car price and all small repairs and misc stuff... that had to be done to get the car to were it is..... i am not looking to get it back i know i am going to loose my shirt on this one!
