'68 Convertible Vette I bought the car with the intention of total restoration but found and bought a '69 closer to what I was wanting. This one has to go! It is a nice car with power steering, power brakes, power windows and very nice interior. The Vette under went a color change before I aquired it (Born white). Its a presentable 5 ft paint job w/ small nicks and cracks throughout. the top is original with three 1" tears. The chrome is nice, only showing surface rust on the very bottom of the back bumpers. the front is good. Door glass is chipped a couple places around the edges. windshield is fine. I have replace several interior pieces with new Vol Vette replacement products. The driver seat has a small tear on the front/bottom (about 1"). The engine is original except for a newer carb and edelbrock Intake. the compartment is very clean! The frame and cage are rust free. The trailing arms are showing a small amount of corrosion on the very bottom of the passenger side, the driver's side seems to be fine. The car has had the calipers replaced in the near past (not under my ownership). The telescopic column does not work but I will throw in a nice replacement with sell. I have described this Corvette the best to my knowledge. I have put less than 20 mi on it since I bought it. It is very clean and under a cover in my shop and will remain there until the buyer picks it up. I have it for sale on other sites so bid fast, I will remove it from those sites if my reserve is met.
