I did use this car as a daily driver for about a half a year, and it was always reliable. Does not need any mechanical work as it sits. I replaced it with a newer subcompact domestic, because I prefer domestic cars. Never painted or wrecked. Never driven or messed with by a "tuner." This is a one owner car, and was owned by a middle aged couple who kept it for over 20 years before I bought it. This car has never been tampered with, other than general maintenance. Ridiculously clean and intact interior, pictures do not come close to doing it justice. Runs and drives great. Starts every time in the coldest weather. New Interstate battery. I easily averaged 40 MPG when I was driving it. I bought 4 new tires for it when I got it, tires are basically new, only a few thousand miles. Hubcaps are original and in great condition, which is extremely rare. Just the 4 hubcaps by themselves could bring a couple hundred dollars to the right person. They are just one example of the many rare and irreplaceable parts this car has, that are in like new condition. The car is mechanically sound in every way, ready to be driven daily. Even though I'm not a Honda guy, I really did enjoy driving this car, and enjoyed the economy of driving it even more. All outwardly visible rust is pictured above. Underneath, the rockers and adjacent floor have rust, which is pictured. The main floor of the car is in good condition, which is also pictured. The rust that this car has does not affect its driveability and it does not affect it's structural integrity, the rust is only cosmetic, except for the possibility of some road water getting into the car. But I drove it every day for six months, and didn't have a problem with large amounts of water getting in the car. Although if you do drive the car in a driving rain storm, you will get small amounts of water in mainly the passenger floor. The drivers fender has a slight crease in it. This is pictured above. This could be repaired, or the fender replaced, very easily. Its more noticeable in the pictures than in real life, because I was trying to show the slight damage clearly.
