This is a 1988 Toyota 4runner 6cyl convertible. This truck has been a hobby of mine for the last 5 yrs. I had a friend redo the body last winter and repaint it. This truck drives well. The body is in nice condition and 4X4 works great! It has a 3” body lift, & electric plow. 226k miles on the eng and after I let it sit for a year it sometimes smokes when you let off of the gas. I talked to a few people that seem to think it might be a sticky valve. It doesn’t smoke when you are giving it gas, only when you let off. Has an electric plow but the plow needs new control cables. I have had the timing belt, Water pump, and head gasket replaced. The back window is missing, but I have a plastic one in there. It also needs a windshield. This truck will go ANYWHERE with the short wheel base and low granny gear. With some TLC this could make a really nice truck for someone.
