There is a manual 4-point tie-down system and the driver's seat has a 6-way power seat base, valued at $3000. The lift is a commercial Braun Under Vehicle Lift (UVL) which has been well maintained. . Most recently, there has been a new exhaust system, battery, brakes, alternator, air conditioner, and tranny maintenance, along with regular scheduled maintenance; the air conditioning will need charging.
