Up for sale is this 1958 Fiat 600 with a turbo charged VW Motor(185HP). This car has a 1914cc turbo charged VW motor with a IRS Type 1 VW Trans with 4.87:1 ring and pinion.Since this fiat was built(2000) it has 4,500 miles put on the car. His goals to achieve with this 600 were; to retain the original rear seats; to be able to close the rear deck lid and retain the look of a pretty much stock Abarth car. This began with a new old stock Abarth 850TC instrument pod and a NOS Abarth Scorpion steering wheel. The gauges are by VDO of Germany. The seats are stock with black vinyl, as are the door panels. The front suspension is from an Abarth 600 and is a reverse eyelet leaf spring system, with PBS dropped spindles. The rims are 13-inch Campagnolo magnesium with 175/50/13. The rear end of the car has fully adjustable CNC coil over race shock which mount to a full Ron Lummus Racing set –up, which ties into the engine mounts and forward engine and transmission supports. The transmission is an IRS Type 1 VW, and a 4.87:1 ring and pinion.
