Hello everyone. Up for auction is a 1996 Ford Bronco XLT. This is the last year made. I am getting rid of this bronco because I have other projects (of course fords, house child etc.) and I don't need this one. I have personally owned this truck for about a year, putting only about a thousand miles on it. It has 207,500 on the odometer (I know thats a ton of miles). It runs good (sometimes it will need the accelerator pushed to the floor to start, rear main seal leak) the tranny doesn't slip, the 4x4 works (it is a push button with warn manual hubs out front). It does have a hitch and wiring harness (I never used the wiring harness), pulled my boat with no problems. The body is pretty decent for one on these (esp. in northeast PA), with original paint there are no hidding spots for filler patches, etc... Rust on the quarters on both sides easily fixable, and the front bumper is slightly tweaked. This truck was bought at Outten Cheverolet with 5965 miles on it for $21,490 back in 03/29/96 (as I have the paper work from that including the tags that go on the column when new) after that I have no clue until 2008 (lol that's all i know on the history). The interior is decent needs cleaning (i would but i have no time) with pwr windows, lumbar (pass side lumbar doesn't work), power mirrors, cruise (works fine), A/C works good, pwr locks, power back window (only works from the switch, not with key), no radio (face plate M.I.A., but have a stock ford with CD if you want). Other issue with interior is the drivers side rear belts is ripped (held up by threads) and front arm rests (pass one missing and the drivers side spins all the way around), Spare tires carrier works as it should (one stud is snapped). Now for the stuff that is bad (meaning important), inspection is good til 03/12 but will need following: pass upper ball joint (or both upper and lower), rear tires (bald slow leak 31x10.5x15's), pass rear shackle mount has hole about the size of a dime in it (pic) and the windshield is cracked (rock made a bullet hole and then spread) also in pic and the most annoying part is the fuel gauge quit working stuck as 1/8 of a tank. Brakes are about have all the way around (5/b on front and 3/b on the back) e-brake works great. I'm not trying to make it sound bad but I am trying to be as anal as possible for everyone i know i dont like suprises. What else am i forgetting hmm ABS works, no other warning lights stay on, all lights work, horn etc. I just drove is 50 miles the other day (of course i put $15 of gas in it as i have no way of telling how much is in it).
