Up for auction is a 1974 Honda XL250. This bike is in fair to good condition. Bike has been sitting for a long time in the corner of a garage. Carb needs a good cleaning or rebuild. Sometimes the bike is hard to start because the float is stuck closed. After running the bike the carb will drip gas. This bike needs a battery. Tires are in good condition. Not dry rotted. Seat is in excellent condition and does not have any rips or tears in it. There are spots of surface rust on the handle bars and other chrome parts on the bike. Elbow grease will take care of most of those spots. Rims are nice and not pitted up. Gas tank has rust pits on the paint as seen in the pictures. Bike has original paint. Paint on the fenders is faded. Left turn signal post is broken off the head light bracket. Would need to be welded. This bike can be inspected anytime before auction ends.
