If you feel that you have not been treated fairly please contact us immediately. We strive for a high ebay rating by taking care of our customers and providing a fair deal. However in selling used cars sometimes things are overlooked. If you don't see car mats, manuals, extra keys, etc; in the ad we probably don't have them. Most of our cars are purchased at auction and then detailed and resold. We may miss a burned out bulb or other miscellaneous items. Please inspect the vehicle before purchasing.
Sales are open to the public, car dealers and exporters. Vehicles sell to the highest bidder. Shelby Auto Mart reserves the right to end any auction/sale early for any reason.
CLEAR / LIEN FREE TRANSFERABLE TITLE IS GUARANTEED, AND IS ISSUED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION AT THE TIME OF SALE. IN RARE CIRCUMSTANCES A TITLE MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS TO TRANSFER.
