This is one of those once in a lifetime deals. This car has truly been well cared for and babied. It was purchased 2 years ago, from the estate of an elderly woman, who was the original owner. It spent most of its life in a garage and was rarely driven. It was serviced regularly and any needed repairs were done immediately. Most of the work was done at the same Southern Calif. Chevrolet dealer it was purchased from. This Chevelle drives "GREAT"! I drove this car from Orange Co. Calif. to Arizona approx. 300mi. It was a real pleasure to drive! The Motor, Trans and Rear End all run and perform well. No known problems! The suspension is good and tight. It rides and handles Very Nice! You can drive it anywhere! The interior is Very Nice and Original! It has never been smoked in! The gauges all work and the lenses are clear. All electrical including the factory Radio and heater works good. The back seat does have a couple small tears that are hardly noticeable and look like they can be easily repaired. The headliner is starting to sag in the front and the dash has a crack but the door panels, interior chrome and trim are "Very Nice" no known rips or tears. The Doors, Trunk and Hood all open and close smoothly. The only flaws are on the lower left rear window near the molding and the right & left lower rear quarter panels where the paint is starting to bubble. There is a small dent on the right rear quarter panel near the door. For a 40 yr. old car, it looks and runs Great! In the past 2 years many parts have been replaced: including the Carpet, Rear Seat Shelf, Radiator, Heater Core, Hoses, Belts, Brakes, Shocks, Starter, Sparkplugs / Wires, Points / Condenser, All Light Bulbs, Weather-stripping and Rubber (Doors, Trunk, Hood etc...).
