I am the proud second owner of this 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTL 4x4, and though I hate to give it up, my wife is working from home, and I just don’t want to carry two cars anymore! I bought it in May of 2009, and since it had higher mileage at that point, I ran the Carfax before I bought, and found it spotless. I’ve had NO issues whatsoever with this truck, and I have the updated Carfax history in hand to prove it. When I bought it with 75k miles, I took it straight in to East Coast Honda in Myrtle Beach, SC and had the 75k mile service package performed, and is recorded on the Carfax. The one thing currently noted on the Carfax is an AC blower motor that was a recall issue, and I just had that done on Friday 1/28/11…along with NEW brake pads on the back, at East Coast Honda. It’s not showing up on the Carfax yet, but I have the paperwork…not sure how long it takes to update in their system. I’m a suburban guy, and I call this my “city truck.” It does exactly what I need it to, like carrying recycling, bales of pine straw and yard supplies, occasional furniture-moving…stuff like that. When you’re not carrying anything in the bed, it’s just like a great SUV and drives more like a car.The in-bed trunk is easily my favorite feature, carrying my golf bag and more with ease. It's 100% water-tight, and actually has a drain plug, in case you wanted to use it as a cooler for tailgating. There nothing that does not work perfectly on this truck, but there is one blemish on the back bumper. I backed out of my garage at night, and didn’t realize my friend’s Explorer was behind it, and tapped it hard enough to crack the paint a bit. Stupid mistake on my part, but I want to include everything you need to make your decision. Close-up photo is included. A body shop could repair it for cheap if needed. It has a few more miles on it than other 2007’s might have, but it has a few things most of them don’t: Factory Navigation. If it’s not displaying the map, it displays the audio information on the color screen. You can also customize the color scheme of the maps and display panel. Chrome Bull Bar on the front. There are many silver Ridgelines out there, but they all stare when they see this one coming at em'! Complete Towing Package This a fully loaded RTL (the “L” stands for Leather) model, which means it has everything. This RTL has factory NAV too. The list of options include, V6, automatic, 4wd, tow package, HEATED leather seats, factory navigation, Satellite radio, 6-Disc CD factory system with subwoofer, AUX input, power sunroof (tilt/slide), heated seats, heated side mirrors, power rear sliding window, power driver’s seat, front and rear side airbags, tinted windows, keyless entry, and TWO keys, and all-weather floor mats front and back. I’m confident that this truck will have 250,000 + miles on it before it goes to Honda heaven, and they are hard to find at this Private Seller price.
