Here's another neat little bike that I have to let go to make room for some new vintage Italian toys! Its a 1965 Honda Benly CA95 "Baby Dream". 100% original (including tires). It has never been restored except for some motor work done recently to bring it back to life. The blue paint is nice, the chrome is in decent shape (as good as that old thin Japanese chrome can be expected to be after 5 decades). The seat is good but has a very small tear in it. It also could use the seat padding to be replaced for long rides. I'm told the OEM turn signal kit on it is very rare for US models, it works great. Starter, lights, electrics, controls work 100%. Work I've done this year: 1. New clutch 2. New top end bore (1st over with new Honda OEM pistons and rings). 3. Full external cleaning of the motor (org. paint on there, I just cleaned it) 4. Fully rebuilt the petcock. 5. New 6 volt battery. 6. New OEM ignition coil and wires (try finding one of those....) 7. New air-filter and NGK plugs. 8. rebuilt and cleaned carb 9. Replace almost all the old motor bolts upon motor reassembly with quality stainless steel hex head bolts (Honda has always made great bikes, but their bolt selection was not "top tier" in these years). 10.New OEM points I hate to sell this little guy but it is time to go deeper with my Ducati collection. I have to title, original owners book/manual and factory repair manual and 2 OEM keys. I also have a set of mint Buco Twinmaster side bags in my other auctions.
