Thanks for viewing our 2004 Buick Park Ave, the car is very clean inside and runs and drives fine. The car has a clean title which can be viewed under the history tab on this listing. The car has damage to the front bumper, hood, grille, rear bumper, and a few scuffs. I know that the car can be registered in a different state with a clean title or even a rebuilt title depending which state it is inspected in. This car is NOT a destruction title!!!! Please contact your state vehicle administration for information on registering. This car is sold as is where is with no title. Please do not bid if you do not intend on buying this car. We purchased this car for parts but after looking over the car its so clean it may to someone more justice keeping the car in one whole piece. When the car was purchased from the insurance company there was not a title along with the car. Some of you have been informed as long as a bill of sale is provided it can be registered in your home state. I will provide a bill of sale for this car to the new owner
