This car is a project. It does run and drive, but doesn't do either very well. Idles rough but smooths out after 2000rpms, transmission shifts through all gears but takes 3-4 seconds to engage into reverse. The front windshield is cracked, the back windshield is plexiglass but I have a second top with good glass that goes with the car. It has some rust on the right rear wheel well and inside the wheel well behind the wheel(check pictures). The interior is rough, the engine compartment is dirty. I have most of the interior and exterior trim parts in the trunk. The tires and wheels are aftermarket junk. Two tires will hold air for about a half day. Parts I have replaced are doors seals, trunk seal, hardtop to car seal, grill seal, rear trunk lid handle seal, convertible top to door seals, engine vacuum and intake seals, four injectors, fuel pump, ignition parts, right window door motor, driver side camshaft, front brake pads and tie rod ends. Had the starter motor and windshield wiper motor rebuilt. I have enjoyed this car, wish I had more time and money to fix it right. But I have a baby on the way and would like to see it go to someone that will take the time to fix it and not let it rot. The title is up to date and clear, tag is black noting the non-insurance coverage. I will not ship, buyer will have to make arrangements. Deposit of $100 within 48 hours of auction close is required.
