1999 VW GOLF - BLUE 4 DOOR AUTOMATIC - 2nd OWNER KEYLESS ENTRY AUTOMATIC HATCHBACK TIRES AND BREAKS IN GOOD CONDITION RECENTLY SERVICED HAVE ALL SERVICE RECORDS SEVERAL NEW PARTS (See list below) HAVE FEW COSMETIC ISSUES (See list below) NO SUNROOF (I think ebay description lists sunroof based on VIN #, but it doesn't have sunroof) CASSETTE/FM RADIO - NO CD PLAYER I am listing 1999 VW Golf 4 door automatic. The vehicle is mechanically in sound condition, but cosmetically could be improved. As you can see from pictures, hood and front fender is damaged a little from a front fender bender I had 4 years ago. The accident was minor and didn't impact vehicle in anyway other than the damage to the hood, one headlight and fender. There is also some damage on the passenger side front near the door and some damage on the rear passenger side just above the wheel (see pictures). Also, the front windshield has a crack in it, which goes from one side to about middle. I have owned the car for 5 and a half years and it has been my daily vehicle. Following items have been recently replaced. Radiator Coolant Flange Water Temperature Sender Thermostat Spark plugs Spark plug wires Ignition coils Breaks are in good condition and tires have 60+% tread left on them. Apart from few cosmetic conditions as detailed above, vehicle runs fine without any issues and is very reliable. As I mentioned, cosmetically vehicle needs some work, but it is perfectly drivable. In fact, I have been driving it like this for about 4 years, without any issues (except from the windshield which recently developed a crack). Unless you care about the cosmetic appearance, I wouldn't change or replace anything, except may be windshield which should be less than 150.00 dollars (I got a quote for 120.00 but never got around to doing it). Vehicle passed emission inspection in September and got tag renewed in September. Please fee free to email with any questions you may have.
