Classic 1974 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 last year for the 3.9F 6cyl and first year for the 4spd transmission and 71,000 original miles! I bought it about 3 years ago with expectations to modify, unfortunately time has been very tight for me. I drive this FJ a couple days a week to work and have gone off-roading just a hand full of times. Due to medicals reasons, I must sell. My loss, your gain. The undercarriage has POR15 on it, and inside the cab, the previous owner sprayed Line-X(black) that covers the tub halfway up the doors, it really help to keep the interior clean with it. This FJ does NOT have the lower barn doors, instead has new bracket welded in with a rear aluminium diamond plate sill that wraps around. The rear lift gate is funtional. It has a 3.5" lift and sits on 33x10.50x15 that are a little big(best size would be 32x11.50x15) will need replacing in about 6k miles or time of sale, which I can work something out to get new rubber on it for the next owner. The motor and drivetrain work very well and have given me no issues. When I first got it 3 years ago, I put a new battery, altenator, voltage regulator, head lights, header, and put Lucas Gear Oil in tranny and rear-end, which help make this a very reliable rig. I was having some braking issues, so I had a lot of new hardware with new shoes to correct the issue. It gets oil changes every six months, just cause it does not see the miles. Has Vermont State Inspection good till the end of summer 2011. Its been a great rig for me and I hate seeing it go, but unfortunatly I am not able to drive it anymore.
