1976 Pontiac Trans Am with 77 front clip I am listing a 1976 Pontiac Trans am with a 77 front clip. This car is very nice and has a hell of an engine. It is a pontiac 400 rebuilt and muscled, has 10.5:1 compression punched .030 over. Pro comp camshaft and holley high rise manifold with holley 750 cfm double pumper- not to mention hooker headers and true dual exhaust. Estimated over 400 horsepower when built and broken in properly. 4 on the floor T10 Transmission all redone and hurst shifter and posi trac rear end, all rebuilt. Paint is a year old, with new hood bird and decals all around! Looks very sharp! I've started the interior and just haven't finished- new carpet and recovered seats, just needs door panels and a headliner and dash mat, as the dash is cracked. This is a very fast car and must be driven to appreciate it. It's faster than most trans ams, not even close to stock power. Needs 91 octaine pump gas- no lower. Arizona car, no rust, does not overheat or have any problems, no A/C- was removed, but is a factory A/C car. True classic Muscle car, fun to drive and a real head turner.
