This auction is for a 1990 Mazda Miata MX-5 Red Convertible Coupe. I was told by the previous owner that the origional motor had an issue, that the dealer could not resolve and at 108,000 +/- miles, the origional motor was replaced by the dealer and the current motor has about 61,000 +/- miles on it. The car is fun to drive, nice and tight and it runs well. Never been raced, has had adult ownership since it was new. No oil leaks, noises or any other known problems. Fresh Oil change and lube, recent brake job, A/C blows COLD and the accessories work. The body is in decent shape, no rust but does have a few small dends and scrapes. There is a little paint missing from the middle of the rear bumper. The interior is in fair shape ( passenger side seat has a seem that has separated ) behind headrest. There is a dash mat ( blue color ) in it and the dash is in good shape. The top is in good shape but the rear plastic window is dis-colored and has cracked, front windsheild has a few small chips. Ther car is not in perfect condition but it is in good shape and drives nice. It would make an excellent commuter car ( 23 - 25 mpg ) running down the road. Buyers responsibility to arrange / pay for shipping. Local pick up is OK. Deposit of $500.00 due within 24 hours of auction end. Full paymet is required and due within 7 days from auction end.
