This auction is for a metallic green 1998 Honda Accord LX. This car is in great shape considering it's age. It is quick, easy to handle and in excellent running condition. We purchased it used about a year ago for commuting purposes, however our recent relocation has eliminated the need for it. While in our possession it has received regular oil changes and routine maintenance. It recently passed the Georgia Emissions Inspection (12/30/10) and the tires are less than three months old. In preparation for sale, we have also replaced the ignition cables and spark plugs. It has several minor cosmetic flaws (ex. small scratches/small dings/minor upholstery flaws) that are to be expected of a car it's age. The car was in a very minor accident a few months ago, where an item fell out of a trailer in front of me and damaged the hood. I reported the claim through Geico and they fully repaired it (minor damage).The "check engine" light comes on occasionally, and our mechanic indicated that it was most sensor problem that doesn't affect the vehicle's performance. Once again, the car passed a Georgia state inspection a few days ago. Over-all this is a solid, reliable car with incredible fuel economy.
