Vehicle Detail
THIS WRANGLER S HAS SOME CUSTOMIZATION. IT HAS LOTS OF CHROME ITEMS ADDED, PROGRESSIVE ALLOY WHEELS 31X10.5R15LT MUD AND SNOW RATED TIRES, SUNDOWNER TOP The vehicle history report is clean as a whistle and I have the title in hand. It’s passed inspection and is ready for the next owner to take it down the road. I bought this vehicle off eBay 1 ½ years ago. I’ve put less than 3,000 miles on it. It’s an extra vehicle and it’s time to send it down the road. I’ve been driving it fulltime for the past 2 months and have made some pretty long road trips in it. It runs out like and absolute top and has NO issues. In the past 3 months, I’ve rebuilt the engine (it has NO leaks and doesn’t burn any oil and has EXCELLENT oil pressure…something these YJ’s are known for having a problem with). The engine has less than 2000 miles on the rebuild!!! I put in a new heavy duty high performance clutch. I’ve added a new steering wheel, POWER STEERING (believe me, you’ll thank me especially for this one), replaced the dash, put in a new battery, and have started cleaning it up to make it a primary vehicle for someone. The four wheel drive works like a top. I’ve taken it off road as well as zoomed down the highway at Interstate speeds (70-75 in Texas). This is a Texas vehicle since its birth so there is no rust except the little bit of surface rust on the chrome windshield cover (that could be buffed out I’m sure). The sundowner top allows you to flip the top back without removing it, thus opening the entire front half of the top. This has removable custom storage in the back end that’s worth $750 new. There are speakers mounted in the side compartments but I removed the stereo and didn’t put another one it. Installing a stereo would be super easy because of the open layout of the vehicle. There is a HURST shifter handle in this Jeep. I also purchased a back seat and the mounting hardware for it. I’ve used it once and it worked like a charm. I am a mechanic and have gone through this one top to bottom and corrected any issues I found. I have some extra parts as well…like an extra alternator, starter, etc. Any parts I have collected will go to the new owner if you want them. If not, I’ll sell them separately on eBay. The top does NOT leak. I’d not be afraid to drive this anywhere. I’ve taken it to South Texas and up into Missouri without any scares or issues. I trust it fully. I would be willing to deliver it to you for the cost of fuel and a plane ticket back home if you prepay for the vehicle before I depart. On Jan-02-11 at 16:53:06 PST, seller added the following information: AND if you're a real motor head, I do have a complete extra engine that matches the one in it except that the lower end is blown apart. I bought it for parts because the guy sold it to me cheaper than I could find individual parts. ***I'll be posting more pictures shortly if it will let me. If not, I can email some if desired. I know the ones I have out there don't really show the body or the hood scoops, etc. On Jan-03-11 at 14:37:42 PST, seller added the following information: The last 7 pictures were taken January 3rd, 2011. I cleaned it up quite a bit. The previous owner painted the fender flares and some other trim pieces white. I touched them up with the same paint he used and cleaned up the overspray from his painting and mine as well as I could. Up until now, I've really not done anything to the Jeep cosmetically. Get back to me with any questions you may have.
