Hello! I am selling my dreamcar due to my wife told me for x-mas that were having another baby :) that means I will have to spend my hard earned $$ on baby stuff instead of restoring my dreamcar, but It`s all good! So I will offer her to someone who has the time and founds to finish her, title is in progress and car will be sold with CLEAR TITLE! The car: This is a 1969 Mustang Fastback GT, it has a running 1970 model 360 horsepower 429 Thunder Jet engine and C6 trans, it has a 9" rear axle. That`s a wet dream right there people :-) It is a work in progress, I have the car at a speed/body shop in KY, they have been restoring it for me. I have gotten as far as the engine room see pics, the engine bay is all welded up and new radiator support is there, engine and trans is in car but not all hooked up, just sitting in the engine bay, didn`t get to that before x-mas. But the shop can do ANY work on the car for you if you want at a low price. Paul, who has the shop is a very good mechanic and body man and has restored many cars like this one, I have seen his work and it`s good. It is a Original GT Fastback, but it originally came with a 351 engine, I have bought the 429/C6 combo for it from the speed shop. The original 351 is long gone. It still has the original 9" axle in car. Body needs work as you can see in pics, they have started fixing the body and the roof is sanded and primered (see pic). And engine bay is all done, painted black. I have had them install the windshield and a new pass side door becouse it was missing the windshield and door had dent in it. I have bought a 429 scoop for the hood that come with car, I have bought side scoops/vents that come with car, I have bought rear quarter extentions (one was cracked supposely) that comes with car. I have bought 3 Thorque Thrust wheels, two 14" front wheels and one 15" rear wheel that comes with car. The car is pretty much complete, missing some small parts maybe, needs grille and headlights. The interior is complete but out of car, it is a tan leather interior(see pic) that needs a GOOD cleaning or replaced. I have tried to explain the car at the best of my knowlege and will let the pics do the rest of the explaining, it needs work and YES it has rust in floors as all old mustangs, BUT It is a very good project that is "halfway" done and has lots of potential. Some of the pics are before it was in shop and some inside shop being worked on, it still has welding and assembly left to do on the car and you will receive it AS IS with interior outside car, rear window outside car etc so you will have to have a hauler/trailer to pick her up and a pickup or something to bring all parts that comes with and/or are loose on the side. The car is rolling and can be towed or on a dolly if you live close by. The car is located in Mayfield KY 42066 Becouse of the fact that the car still is a project and unassembled I have put a VERY LOW RESERVE prise. This would be a awsome Boss 429 Clone and would bring over $30 000 finished and a hell of a street racer / drag race car Supr Stock racer. That was my dream anyhow....now it`s up to you! I have ALOT of $$ into this car and my loss is your gain, but the news of being a dad this summer makes it all good :) PAY PAL only, paid in full within 3 days. Thanks for looking at my auction, I hope this car will end up in a good home :) Please do not bid if you do not have the founds to pay for it right away after auction and have a pay pal account. NOTE! I put in there a picture of a true 1969 model 429 BOSS sold at a Barret Jackson auction for $198 000 Dollars just to show what I was going for and how the hood scoop and wheels that come with car looks like. Happy bidding! /Andy
