This van could be made whole again, but really it is a parts or salvage vehicle with a working motor and transmission. Tires are still in good shape as well as the body. This vehicle has low rust and mostly all of the parts it would take to get her on the road again with the right person and a little imagination, but I would definitely say that it is meant to be more of a parts vehicle.
