1947 Ford Rat/Hot Rod. Engine: Ford 302, 650 Holley Carb, Automatic tranny New Heater, Tires, Brake Light Switch, Optima Battery, brand new exhaust and mufflers from lake headers back. Audio: 300 watt Marine amp (under passenger seat) an two 150 marine speakers behind seats, am/fm/cd player Runs strong and cool. About 1,000 miles since assembled. Has secondary electric fan with independant switch if stuck in traffic. Battery cut-off switch in rear at battery. Just turned rear drum brakes. Has front disc brakes. The only thing that would improve it would be a power brake booster, and there's plenty of room on firewall. This truck cruises great at 70 mph. No leaks, no smoke. I hardly drive it as I'm always on my harley. I took it to a hot rod show a couple of weeks ago and drove it up without even registering it, and it still took 3rd place (1st and 2nd were high dollar hot rods).
