A WHOLESALE CAR to me is any car that is not fully functional or has warning lights on in the dash such as check engine or ABS lights. A lot of these cars or trucks need some work mechanically, but are in pristine condition as far a paint, body, and interior. Before I send these cars to auction, I might list them on E-Bay for those people who want to fix up a car and save $$$$. A good example is a BMW Convertible that has good miles, good paint, and very clean. The mechanical convertible top however is broken. Nothing wrong with the car other than the top but it’s still WHOLESALE. I won’t sell this from my dealership because it’s not in 100% working condition. It might sell for 7-8K if it was 100%. Instead I might sell it for $3700 on E-Bay. It costs about $1500 to fix this problem if you know a mechanic or are one. Once you put the money and the time in the car to fix it you have saved thousands of dollars. EXPLANATION OF FEES..... These fees will be added to the final winning bid price.
