Up for sale is my 2006 Suzuki SV 650 S motorcycle. Due to a fourth baby on the way (I now know what causes them, thank you), the bike has to go - the wife is limiting the amount of toys I can have around the house (Happy Wife, Happy Life, Eh?). On to the bike... It has about 9086 miles on it but only about 100 miles on the two new Metzler front and rear tires...they still have the "teets" on them. It also has custom leather seats that are embossed with a python print and much more comfortable than the stock fabric - no more riding on pins and needles. There is nothing mechanically wrong with this bike - it has been a bulletproof ride since I've had it. In addition to the seats upgrade, it comes with the smoked double bubble windscreen and a few blue led lights underneath the chassis. Also, the ugly rear fender has been chopped and the rear signals have been tucked up under the pillion (see photo). You will notice in the pictures a small corner of the windscreen is missing thanks to the wife's jacket (it caught on it and snapped it)...other than that, there are no other serious cosmetic flaws other than a bit of normal light surface rust...scotch brite and clear nail polish would do wonders and I hesitate even mentioning it. Like I said, this is a great bike for the track due to its torque to weight ratio and also as a great beginner's bike since a little "ham-handedness" won't bring the front tire up in the air - you really have to try in order to do that. The shiny side has always stayed upright, too. This bike does have a crystal clear title and a spanking new battery. Included in the sale are two helmets and two jackets (blue and pink, respectively)...the pink jacket is not pictured but if memory serves, it's also a Cortech jacket. Helmets have removable liners for washing (again, if memory serves). If you have questions, please ask..I will answer most questions for free and dumb ones for a quarter. I CAN ship this bike, HOWEVER, it ain't cheap. 1.800.Haulbikes' quotes range from $400 to $700 for delivery within the 48 States. I will NOT ship anywhere but the 48 States. If you live nearby, a local arrangement is certainly the best option...things like picking it up in person or meeting me halfway...you get the idea. I reserve the right to continue riding the bike or sell it locally. Because there are several children running around buying things on Ebay and not paying for them, I've set this sale up as fixed price w/ deposit due within 24 hours. Any non paying bidders will simply be reported and the bike relisted. If you are one of those people, you need a different hobby; go get out in the sunshine. ...It's a fair price and a fair deal for both parties. All monies MUST clear my bank account before transfer of bike and title take place. Sorry for all the rules, but scammers have taught me, "Once bitten, twice shy". And on that note, CASH ONLY - no money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, or counterfeit money...don't be upset when I run a counterfeit marker over the bills. :) Thanks for looking - this is a good deal...don't take my word for it, check around.
