I have a 1989 325i 4 door sedan up for auction. We hate to see it go, but just have no room for it. We drive new cars and would like to see this older classic go to someone who will drive it and get some use out of it. This BMW has not been neglected or abused and run very well. We rarely drive it anymore since its move from Tennessee - it just sits in the garage and we would like to be able to use the garage for our newer cars, so this has to go. The condition of the sedan is good, being that the interior is in superb condition and the mechanics are excellent and the paint and body are fair. There is a small dent on the left front fender by the headlamp and the paint is original and has some fading and a chip or two on the hood. All of the electrical works as should and many of the original parts have been replaced or upgraded with genuine Bavarian Motor Works parts (except the Dinan performance chip, the racing exhaust, the Sony stereo deck, the new hi-grade battery, and the V-rated Michelins). There are numerous receipts from the BMW dealerships over the years documenting scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance performed on this 325i and the exact mileage is 158,931. I can assure you that this mileage is correct and has not been tampered with in any way. The original gold wheels have faded, as well as the exterior paint, but the sedan is still very presentable in its present shape and form. If I had a teenager to put in it, I would not hesitate to do so. It still looks very nice from 10ft away and again, the interior and mechanics are in excellent shape; There is no hesitation, smoking or strange noise during operation and there is not a single blemish or crack in the dash and all of the glass is in perfect shape with no chips or damage whatsoever...still retains the original blueish tint (factory tinting from BMW). I am putting this fine auto up for auction with a no reserve auction final value price. Please bid confidently on this sound and collectible auto because it is easily worth $2000.
