Today I am selling my 1956 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. This is a project car. It has no engine or transmission. The body itself seems pretty solid but it has sat outside for a number of years before I got it. The interior is in rough shape as some of the windows were broken and it was exposed to the elements. I am sure the floors will need replaced because it sat outside. This would be a really neat car to rebuild with a modern drive train. I originally thought about using this car for parts for the Eldorado I also have listed, but I just don't have the time for this project right now. I also do not have keys for the car so I do not know what parts are in the trunk. I do know the car was bought from a salvage yard in Illinois by the previous owner. It comes with a title that was signed off and has a reassignment by the auto salvage yard that was left blank. It was signed off to them in 1995 so it has not been plated for a long time. I am not sure how difficult that will be to get reassigned to someone else, but it should be fairly easy to get a new title form someone like Broadway titles. This car has three tires that hold air and one that will hold air for a couple hours. This car does roll easily and will be easy to load on your trailer. You have to use a trailer because I believe there is only one stud holding on the left rear tire. Please ask any and all questions before bidding as this is a no reserve auction and will sell to the highest bidder. Also make sure you have the finances to pay for this car and not just play games.
